Justin began his role in 2021. His job is to find, encourage, and train Broadcast Team volunteers, and to ensure that the technology at NorthCross is running properly and effectively.

Matt has been the Spiritual Growth Pastor since 2014. His job is to lead and inspire everyone at NorthCross to grow in their relationship with Jesus by engaging with the Gospel and in community with each other.

Laura joined the NorthCross team in the fall of 2023.  Her role is to engage, inspire, and lead NorthCross attenders to take a next step of connection via Starting Point, NorthCross Groups and volunteer opportunities.

Kirsten joined the NorthCross team in summer of 2022. She is charge of all things NorthCross Kids. She organizes the volunteer teams and designs the Sunday experience for our little ones.

Ryan began his role in November 2023.  Ryan is responsible for the administration of NorthCross, including Human Resources, Finance, Safety and Security, and Buildings and Grounds.

Gennia officially joined the team in the fall of 2022. Her job is to assist the Children's Ministry Director to achieve the mission of reaching our young children with the good news of Jesus.

Keegan joined our staff in the Fall of 2023. His job is to assist the Creative Arts Director in worship experiences, both for weekend services and for NXTGEN.

Shelly has been the Office Manager since 2007. Her job is to keep the mission moving forward by managing key functions and administrative duties.
