    Matt has been the Discipleship Pastor since 2014. His job is to lead and inspire everyone at NorthCross to grow in their relationship with Jesus by engaging with the Gospel and community with each other.

    Danny has been the Worship Director since 2015. His job is to engage and inspire volunteers to create weekend worship experiences that are enjoyable, relevant, and unmistakably centered on Jesus.

  • Shelly Schultz

    Shelly has been the Office Manager since 2007. Her job is to keep the mission moving forward by managing key functions and administrative duties.

  • JUSTIN BURK

    Justin began his role in 2021. His job is to find, encourage, and train Broadcast Team volunteers, and to ensure that the technology at NorthCross is running properly and effectively.
